What areas do you service?
We provide auto repair and roadside assistance throughout Alto, Ruidoso, Capitan, Sierra Vista, Angus, Fort Stanton, Mescalero, and surrounding parts of Lincoln County, NM. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, just call — we may still be able to help.
Do you offer roadside assistance outside the local area?
Yes — we can travel outside our normal service zone, but additional mileage or travel fees may apply to cover fuel, time, and equipment transport. We’ll always give you the cost before dispatching, so there are no surprises.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Most repairs include a 12-month / 10,000-mile warranty covering both parts and labor when we supply the parts. If you provide your own parts, labor is covered but parts are not. Warranty details are explained before work begins.
What if I pick up my vehicle and something still isn’t right?
If we diagnose the problem and perform the repair, and the issue turns out to be related to the original failure, we’ll fix it at no additional charge. If a new, unrelated problem appears, we’ll walk you through the next steps before doing anything.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes — you’re welcome to provide your own parts, but we can only warranty labor, not the part itself. If we supply the parts, both parts and labor are covered under our standard warranty.
Do you charge for diagnostics or estimates?
Basic estimates are free. Full diagnostic testing (scanning, pressure testing, disassembly, etc.) may have a fee, but it’s always applied toward the repair if you move forward.
